Eligibility for Refunds and Cancellations

No Refunds for Urgent Travel Requests Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or accept cancellations if your intended travel is scheduled within 24 to 48 hours from the time of application submission.

30-Minute Cancellation Window

You may cancel your application within 30 minutes of submission. In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund, please send an email to info@indiantouristsvisa.com with the subject line “Refund"

Request.” Ensure the following details are included:

Full name (as per your passport)

Unique transaction/reference ID

Registered email address

Reason for the refund request


Incomplete or late requests may not be processed.

Processing Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving a valid request. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
